From time of ordering, our bridal gowns take approximately 40-60days to cut and deliver. Rush options are available to cut down to 35days but it’s always recommended to ensure a delivery date with more than a month from the actual event date. Custom changes to gowns are ineligible for rush delivery due to the extra work involved and may extend past normal delivery times if the custom changes are extensive.

We cut our dresses from size 0 to 28 and we also offer the option to have your dress made with custom measurements. Read more about custom measurements here. As a tip: if you’re worried about sizing when ordering, you can always have the option to request for a corset tie-back for your dress. A corset back allows for easier sizing rather than having to deal with heavy alteration costs.

We can custom make the dress with your own body measurements. In addition we also allow for some customizations such as neckline shape changes, train length extensions, corset tie backs, adding of beaded straps and accents. Please inquire with us with any requests and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Our products are made in China and Turkey. We have longstanding relationships with the factories that produce our garments. Our factory partners comply with our Ethics Charter, which is more disciplined than the legal requirements of each country. A quality control team visits at every shipment to ensure compliance. Our Ethics Charter covers employment standards, health and safety, and environmental requirements.

Our size range depends on the wedding dress personalized design. Size and color descriptions of each item are listed on our website. You can also contact our customer service to provide you with a special color card to customize the color and size you want.

We recommend ordering your dress at least 5 months before your wedding. This gives the wedding dress factory enough time to create and make changes if necessary.
